I had a mixed experience at this resort. While I appreciated the great service, especially from Alicia, who went above and beyond, the condition of the room and amenities left much to be desired. The hotel showed signs of wear and tear and lacked necessary updates, which really affected my overall experience. The dining was decent, but the issues with the rooms made me hesitate about returning in the future.

The room was outdated and in desperate need of repairs. There were visible signs of mold and the tubes in the bathrooms looked dirty. It definitely wasn't the clean, comfortable stay I was hoping for.
